O’Neill and Associates Hires Anna Darrow and Madeleine McCullom
O’Neill and Associates is thrilled to announce that Anna Darrow has joined the firm as a Senior Account Executive in the government relations division and Madeleine McCullom has joined the federal relations division as an Account Coordinator.
“I am very excited to welcome Anna and Madeleine to our team and I am eager to see their careers move forward within our company,” said Chief Executive Officer, Thomas P. O’Neill III. “They are both impressive individuals and I know they will be valuable assets to our government relations and federal relations teams.”
As Senior Account Executive, Anna will assist the government relations team with client management, monitor hearings and legislation at the State House, and help identify opportunities on behalf of clients. Prior to joining O’Neill and Associates, Anna worked for Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) where she helped build relationships with legislators and regulators, analyzed legislation and assisted with strategic communications. She is a former legislative aide to Massachusetts Representative Hannah Kane and served as the primary staffer for the first-in-the-nation 137-member Food System Caucus which prioritizes food access and insecurity, farmland, and economic development. A graduate of Trinity College, Anna is an avid outdoors person, having worked three summers for the Appalachian Mountain Club. Anna resides in the Back Bay of Boston, MA.

As Account Coordinator, Madeleine will assist the federal team in servicing clients by conducting research, monitoring legislation and key congressional committee hearings, and supporting the federal appropriations process for clients. An alumna of the O’Neill and Associates internship program, Madeleine graduated from American University with a degree in public affairs. Her final semester at American University was spent abroad in London, UK where she interned for Member of Parliament Sarah Olney. Madeleine resides in Hingham, MA.
