Anna Darrow

Senior Account Executive

Anna Darrow is a senior account executive in our government relations practice. In this capacity, Anna provides client support to the government relations team.

Prior to joining O’Neill and Associates, Anna worked in government relations for Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), a nationwide integrated care system offering coverage and clinical care for individuals dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. Anna assisted CCA’s Director of Government Relations in building relationships with legislators and regulators, analyzing legislation, and strategic communications such as testimony and talking points. Prior to her work at CCA, Anna served as legislative aide to Massachusetts Representative Hannah Kane. In this role, she managed all constituent and legislative matters for the office. Simultaneously, Anna also served as the primary staffer for the first-in-the-nation, 145-member Food System Caucus, which prioritizes three topic areas: food access and insecurity, farmland, and economic development.

Anna is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Boston University in the Social Impact program.  She graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in history. Anna lived in Rome during her junior year, where she studied European politics and art history. At Trinity, she was a founder and executive board member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and held several internships, including the Connecticut State Senate and a Hartford-based lobbying firm. She worked three summers in college for the Appalachian Mountain Club. Her love for the outdoors developed during her childhood living in Burlington, Vermont and time spent at her family’s fourth-generation apple orchard in southern Vermont. Anna currently resides in Boston’s Back Bay with her husband and cat.
