Prior to entering the field of public affairs, Cosmo was an accomplished business, political and breaking news journalist and commentator with the Boston Herald, WFXT Fox 25, The Springfield Republican and the Daily Hampshire Gazette.

He is highly active in networking and business development, and hosts the weekly 3-2-1 GO! segment on the OA On Air Podcast. Cosmo lives with his wife and two sons in Belmont, MA – where he is also a Justice of the Peace and an elected Town Meeting Member.
