Erin Riley

Vice President

Erin Riley is a vice president within O’Neill and Associates’ government relations division. In this role, Erin brings more than 15 years of high-level experience working with the Massachusetts State Legislature and counseling local and federal campaigns and community non-profits. She is a policy expert whose success comes by bridging gaps, making connections, and negotiating to find legal and policy solutions for her clients. 

Prior to joining O’Neill and Associates, Erin worked in private practice as a policy attorney and served as Legislative Director, Legal Counsel, and a Senior Aide in both the Massachusetts House and Senate. As a legislative staffer, she worked on several landmark bills that became law and earned an award for Outstanding Legislative Achievement from the Alzheimer’s Association of New England. Additionally, Erin has secured significant wins for clients before the State Ballot Law Commission and local and state permit and licensing authorities. She has also dedicated countless hours to working toward state, civic, and federal voter protection rights. Her legal and strategic expertise has made Erin a top advisor to the State Senate, advising congressional and municipal campaigns in Massachusetts with nationwide impacts.

Erin is a licensed attorney, graduating from Northeastern University School of Law, and has a bachelor’s degree in Government and Economics from Connecticut College. Erin, who is a lifelong competitive sailor, volunteers as a member of the U.S. Sailing Legal Committee.
